The Corporate Training Center offers more than customized training. We offer a variety of other services to help businesses improve employee and corporate performance. Training is not always the best or only intervention that can help improve performance. These services can be paired with training to create a comprehensive performance improvement program.
Our team is here to find available training grants, conduct staff problem-solving and planning sessions, provide one on one coaching services and help you plan your entire conference from room to programs to food.
Assessment Services
Unsure of what training your staff members need to make them more productive? Need to re-train staff for higher-skilled or different jobs? Having trouble selecting the best candidates for particular jobs? CF provides a variety of assessment services. Job analyses can be done to assist with job descriptions and hiring needs. Training gap analysis can be done to compare actual employee skills to skills required for new jobs. Individual assessments are available to assist in hiring decisions and training plans.
Conference Services
Does your organization sponsor annual conferences or training events? Are there training needs that your club participants, association members, or company employees have identified?
Individual Employee Coaching Services
The latest trend in executive and organizational improvement is corporate coaching. CF can provide one-on-one coaching or consulting to employees at all levels to help them build confidence, correct personal weaknesses, improve supervisory skills, and become better communicators. The services can be teamed with training or contracted independently. The center also sponsors small business development courses in concert with the University of North Florida and the Small Business Development Center.
Strategic Planning
Does your organization have a clear mission, vision and goals? Do you need a tool to get employees moving in the same direction? CF provides strategic planning services for private and public organizations. For teams needing a third party to assist in problem solving, creative thinking or project planning, The Corporate Training Center provides facilitation services. Sessions can be held on the college campus, at the worksite, in local conference facilities or at natural retreat centers. Coming soon, CF will open a state-of-the-art Creative Thinking Center in the new Ewer’s Century Center designed specifically for these services.
Training Grants
Is your company new, expanding, or diversifying a product line or service? Quick Response or Incumbent Worker Grants, funded by Workforce Florida, provide money for new and expanding businesses in high wage occupations.
