Professional Certifications

APICS - Corporate Training at the CF Institute, in partnership with the National APICS organization, offers certification test preparation programs for both Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM), and Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) at the Ocala Campus. APICS certifications are recognized worldwide as standards of professional excellence and quality within the manufacturing and service industries.

What is CPIM? A CPIM certification provides a common basis for individuals and organizations to evaluate their knowledge of the evolving field of production and inventory management. The program has helped individuals and their organizations become more productive and competitive because it is designed to test candidates’ in-depth knowledge of a variety of subjects specific to production and inventory management.

What is CSCP? The CSCP program provides professionals with the skill set necessary to understand and manage the integration and coordination of activities within today’s increasing complex supply chains. Individuals will learn how to design and develop a supply chain strategy that aligns with corporate strategy; understand how to manage supplier and customer relationships; recognize how logistics, technology, and data can enhance performance; and discover how to achieve the seamless integration of all processes to meet customer needs, reduce costs, and increase profits.
