Manufacturing Center for Quality

Manufacturers today are under intense competitive pressures. The requirements of more value/lower cost touch all manufacturing activities, including supplier management, product design, research and design, production, logistics/distribution, and sales and marketing, It has also forced the need for improvement strategies well beyond the plant floor. Stop struggling with your processes: let our experts guide your growth and make it happen.

Lean Manufacturing - When the powerful statistical tools and methodologies of Lean Manufacturing are combined with the appropriate leadership and workforce skills, companies can realize a tremendous positive impact on their corporate culture, driving significant improvements in employee satisfaction, productivity, customer satisfaction and profitability.  This course will help develop the skills to empower and motivate employees to do things in new ways, drive change and inspire commitment to it, align goals and accountabilities, transfer responsibility and authority to others, appropriately recognize achievements and evaluate situations to identify the most workable and expedient course of action, then act quickly.

Quality Programs and Process Improvement - How can your company be the best it can be?  Produce a quality product or service that keeps them coming back.  The success and failure of manufacturing enterprises is often determined simply by the efficiency of the process involved.  Excess waste, contamination, breakdowns, and poor inventory control can all adversely affect the productivity of an organization.  Workshops will help manufacturers shorten lead times, improve quality 25 to 75 percent, develop methods of encouraging teamwork and communication, as well as improve productivity and space utilization.

Six Sigma Green Belt Training is designed for people who will perform or facilitate process analysis and improvement activities.
